(no subject)

Ok, so I was going to update about this, but my family was all here this weekend and I couldn't get into the room with the computer. I had a lovely evenig of fun with half of bookwench, dezzikitty and biftec!! It was my first meeting with biftec and was so v. glad to meet her as she is a groovy chic. We had a great dinner at the Grill where I discovered that they have fantastic apple pie and we were probably (read certainly) much too loud. But that's half the point in Athens. I feel fairly certain that biftec found us all entertaining rather than scary. At least I hope so. We laughed, we cried, it was better than Cats. And then we saw a drug bust! I'm sure this happens all the time, but I had never seen one before b/c I generally try to avoid the Varsity. Anyway, it was an eventful cap to an exciting evening. Hope to do it again at some point, though the drug bust is optional.

I also managed to get a visit in with princesskati before I left town! Hooray!!!
