jumperkidI? Win at life. Yesterday, at about the last minute possible I:
-got off work early
-made it to Atlanta in two hours (and, without speeding much;apparently the Coriolanus wormhole is good for something)
-managed to find the venue, despite mapquest which sucks
-found a FREE parking space, less than a block from said venue
-got a ticket
-missed the crappy opening band
-SAW RUFUS LIVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Obviously, the Muse or Gods or what-have-you of Music were with me. (Thanks, Tere!)
That man....I....he's so wonderful. He played everything I wanted to hear. Granted, I don't think he has a song I don't like so that's not too hard. I can't describe it. Nikki, Thomas, um *cough*othergirl*cough*, Alyssa it was wonderful to see you! Thanks for giving me the heads up on the concert! My month has been made.
