Can anyone explain to me how to put a yousendit on lj? Please?!?!

If you go to yousendit and upload a file, they'll give you a URL (either on the screen or via email) - just cut and paste that entire URL into the update box and voila! :D

Thanks! I didn't even bother uploading anything cos it just had the email to send it to and lo I was confused.
