Ice Skating

jumperkidIn honor of one of my co-worker's birthday, we all went ice skating. In the Mall. yes, there's an ice skating rink in the mall here in lower Alabama. Cause we really need that. I had a pretty good time despite my theory that 6th generational Southeners are genectally disinclined to ice skate. I'm fairly certain the ability has been bred out of us. However, with the help of the lone Yankee present, we all managed to do pretty well. It was rather enjoyable on the whole, and by the time we left I actully got away from the wall a little and skated ALL BY MYSELF. Just like a grownup!
On a completely different note, my room is now a beautiful purple! Yay yippe! Through careful experimentation I discovered that Led Zepplin is the best painting-inspirational music, although one can never, under any circumstances go wrong with the Beatles.
