Bumper Stickers

I saw this bumper sticker as I was driving around Montgomery trying to figure out where the hell I was: "1 cross + 3 nails = 4given." Now, I'm sure they're just trying to be clever, but surely each foot gets it's own nail. I mean if you were to stack one foot on top of the other, that would need a seriously huge nail. Surely there's a better way to crucify people. And if there was, the Romans would know it. History has shown that they were fairly adept at killing people. So, here's my idea for a better slogan: "1 deity + 3 aspects = 4given." See? While not quite as aesthetically pleasing it is nevertheless much more theologically sound. I think so anyway.

You know, I think I read somewhere that the "spikes" were like 7 or 8 inches... not like our spikes... BUT! Speaking of Spikes. I heard a commercial for Angel tonight on Q100 and there was a parental warning at the end of it saying there would be bad, dangerous content including partial nudity in tonight episode... Who is going to be partially naked? I haven't really followed Angel in a while, but I think I'm gonna have to watch tonight just to find out.

I dunno, I just got my cable back and haven't watched in a while either. You're right though, I just may have to watch! Hmmmm 7 or 8 inches....I dunno, I think that's still pushing it. Unless Jesus had really skinny feet, that would only allow like 2 inches to go into the wood. I'm not certain that would be enough to hold the feet to wood and OMG am I overanalyzing this!
