The new show has opened and the other new show opens this week. It is nice to be doing new shows. I have rather more preshow to do b/c one show is all Equity actors who decided they wanted help and the other show is the Grad student show and some of them don't have a clue yet. Poor little baby actors. I'm letting my senior co-worker deal with the one who says he won't wear his facial hair b/c the spirit gum is "distracting." He is a type 2 Diva and I have no patience. Divas aside, I'm rather enjoying these shows. The Equity actors are both v. nice, though one is more pleasant than the other (we've dubbed the other "Dragon Lady" which is slightly hyperbolic but not much. She's pretty terrifying) and I always kind of like the Grads 'cause they're around my age. They aren't the least bit terrifying.
